An in-home assessment is a scheduled visit conducted to better understand care needs, daily routines, and the home environment. This assessment helps ensure services are appropriate, safe, and aligned with the client’s individual needs.
During the assessment, we may:

Observe the home environment for safety and support needs
Discuss scheduling preferences and service expectations
Begin care planning, if appropriate
